Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 30, 2025

At Aanari, we take great care in ensuring the quality of our sarees before dispatch. To maintain hygiene and product integrity, we do not accept returns. However, we do provide replacements in specific cases as outlined below.

1. No Returns Policy

  • We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

  • Once a product has been delivered, it cannot be sent back for a refund.

2. Replacement Eligibility

  • Replacements are available only in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product was damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • There is a manufacturing defect in the product.

  • To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing aanarimedia@gmail.com with:

  • Order number.

  • Photos/videos clearly showing the issue.

3. Replacement Conditions

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible.

  • If the replacement product is unavailable, we may offer store credit of equal value.

4. Process for Replacement

  • Contact us at aanarimedia@gmail.com with proof of issue.

  • Our support team will review your request within 2 business days.

  • If approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the defective/wrong item back.

  • A replacement will be sent once the returned item passes our quality check.

5. Non-Replaceable Items

  • Replacements will not be provided if:

  • The product shows signs of use or damage after delivery.

  • The product was purchased during clearance or final sale.

  • The issue arises from incorrect washing, handling, or negligence.
